What the agent does
- Emails: it reads the thread, finds the context (quotes, past exchanges, calendar) and prepares the reply directly in the contact’s thread. On paid plans, it can send it after your approval; on Free, you review and send.
- Tasks: follow-ups and tracking tasks are created and linked to the right contact.
- Meetings: summary with timestamped chapters and suggested tasks, see meeting recording.
- Signatures: documents sent through Youtrust (ex-Yousign).
Why “no credits” matters

Frequently asked questions
Does the agent send emails without my approval?
On the Free plan, the agent prepares drafts that you review and send yourself. On paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale), it can send and reply to emails, always after your approval.
Is AI billed in tokens or credits?
No. On Starter, Growth and Scale, AI is unlimited, with no tokens or credits: you pay a price per seat. On Free, after the trial, you have a monthly AI quota (gauge in % in the app): the agent drafts emails and produces meeting summaries and tasks within the 3 h of monthly recording.
Which mailboxes does the agent work with?
Google and Outlook (email and calendar), connected via OAuth, on all plans.
