Verdict checks your documents. Atlas acts on facts.
Verdict is the verifier of Atlas. It reads every attachment you receive by email, files it and extracts the key fields. When Atlas needs to rely on a document, Verdict first checks what it claims, with a probability for every answer.
Three possible answers, never a guess
True
The claim is confirmed by the document, with its probability: “95% true”.
False
The document says something else. Atlas tells you and gives the right value.
Unsure
Verdict can’t decide, and says so instead of making up an answer.
8 built-in classes, plus your own
Every attachment is filed in a class, with its fields: number, date, amounts, due date, parties. Admins add the classes specific to your business.
- Invoice
- Quote
- Purchase order
- Contract
- Résumé
- Bank statement
- Payslip
- Supporting document
One branch per category
In a workflow, the Verdict block files the attachment and routes what happens next: an invoice creates a payment task, a contract goes to your lawyer, the rest stops there. It can also check a claim and answer true, false or unsure.
Verdict wherever there are documents
In the Atlas chat
Ask about an invoice or a contract: Atlas has Verdict check every point before answering.
In your tables
A list column can be filled in by Verdict on records where it’s empty. It never overwrites a value someone entered.
With your permissions
Verdict only reads the attachments you can see. Documents from a mailbox stay private until they are shared.

Frequently asked questions
What does Verdict do when it isn’t sure?
It says so: the answer is “unsure”, with its probability, instead of a made-up true or false. Atlas points it out in its answer.
Can I add my own categories?
Yes. On top of the 8 built-in classes, your organization’s admins add their own. Each class becomes a possible branch of the Verdict block in your workflows.
Does Verdict read scans and images?
Verdict works on the text of documents. An attachment with no readable text, such as a scan or an image, is marked “Unreadable” instead of being guessed.
