Your mailbox history is only processed with your consent, and contact suggestions require a separate consent. Without consent, Arcane only reads new emails from your contacts.

An active workflow is an automation that is turned on in your organisation. Drafts and disabled workflows do not count towards your quota, and disabling a workflow frees up a slot immediately.

On Starter, Growth and Scale, each active workflow beyond the included quota costs $10 excl. tax per month ($122 excl. tax per year on an annual plan). Example: 7 active workflows on Starter, which includes 5, means 2 × $10 = $20 excl. tax per month. On Free, you need to upgrade to Starter to turn on more than one workflow.

The hours quota is monthly and shared across your whole organisation; unused hours are not carried over. When it is reached, recording stops until the next month. On Starter, Growth and Scale, the account Owner can turn on extra hours at $1 excl. tax per hour, charged by the minute, with a monthly cap set by your organisation. Extra hours are not available during the trial or on Free.

Yes, on Starter, Growth and Scale, for a team’s normal use: no tokens, no credits, no displayed threshold. Drafting and replying to emails (sent after you approve them), meeting summaries, task creation, and automations: describe the automation, the agent builds it, you approve it. Activity spikes are allowed. Only misuse unrelated to the CRM’s features is monitored.

At signup, your organisation automatically gets 14 days of the Growth plan, no credit card: unlimited AI with emails sent by the agent after you approve them, reporting, multiple pipelines, 20 active workflows and 30 h of recording. The trial is offered once per account creator; agencies can ask support for an additional trial. After 14 days, your account automatically moves to the Free plan, with no charge. Before that date, we let you know clearly: data beyond the Free plan’s limits (for example custom objects, active workflows beyond one, or members beyond two) becomes read-only for 30 days, then is archived and kept for 90 days. We also tell you which plan matches your actual usage during the trial, so you can continue without interruption.

The Free plan stays free, up to 2 seats: 1 active workflow, 3 h of recording per month with meeting summaries and generated tasks, custom fields on core objects, the Google and Outlook connection, documentation and the support chat, with longer response times. You also get a monthly AI quota, shown as a percentage used: for example, the agent prepares email drafts that you review and send yourself. Nothing is sent automatically. The Free plan does not include the public API or webhooks.

Yes. All prices are shown excluding tax. Our prices are set in US dollars and you are billed in US dollars. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are added to the invoice depending on your country and status.

A reader only has access to your organisation’s reports and dashboards. Starter, Growth and Scale include 3 free readers on top of your paid seats. Pending invitations do not count as seats: a seat is only counted once the invitation is accepted.

Yes. When you downgrade, nothing is deleted: custom objects beyond the new plan’s quota become read-only. Archived objects count towards that quota. Workflows and seats beyond the new plan’s limits are paused, never deleted.

The annual price is billed for 12 months and costs less than monthly. Per seat per year, excluding tax: Starter $252 instead of $312 on monthly, Growth $528 instead of $636, Scale $936 instead of $1,116. On an annual plan, add-ons are also billed yearly: $122 excl. tax per year for each additional active workflow.

Custom fields are unlimited in practice, on all plans: we let you know from 500 fields on a single object and ask you to contact us beyond 1,000. For custom objects, Free includes 0, Starter 3, Growth 10 and Scale 25. Core objects (contacts, companies, deals, tasks) do not count towards this quota.

Changing plans deletes no data: custom objects beyond the new quota remain viewable, read-only, and extra workflows and seats are paused. You can export your data at any time, on all plans. Your Google and Outlook accounts are connected via OAuth: you authorise access from your Google or Microsoft account, without ever giving your password to Arcane.

Integrations managed by Arcane are included in all plans, Free included: Google and Outlook (email and calendar, via OAuth) from launch, plus the HTTP header. One exception: e-signature (Youtrust, ex-Yousign) is available from Growth. The Arcane public API, with keys with adjustable permissions, and webhooks are available self-serve on Starter (120 requests per minute), Growth (300) and Scale (600); beyond that, contact us. Only connecting third-party tools that do not offer OAuth requires enterprise onboarding.

Plans are available online from 1 to 19 seats. From 20 seats, click “Contact us” to talk to us. A separate instance reserved for your organisation (single-tenant) is also available on quote, whatever the number of seats.

Yes: $0, up to 2 seats, and the 14-day Growth trial requires no credit card. You only pay if you move to a paid plan.

Yes. Each member’s emails and meetings are private: only they can see them. When a member leaves your organisation, their emails and meetings are purged 30 days after they leave. The Admin can change this rule.

Your data is processed in the region closest to you: the European Union for organisations in Europe, the United States otherwise. The Admin can change the region. Some AI features rely on a subprocessor located outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.

Meeting recordings and videos are kept for 30 days by default, and up to 6 months maximum depending on the plan; your organisation sets the duration. Transcripts are purged with the videos; summaries and tasks are kept.

Yes. Exporting your data (a right guaranteed by the GDPR) is included on all plans, Free included.

Prospect data is kept for 3 years after the last contact.
